Cette initiative confirme l\u2019engagement de cette organisation non gouvernementale dirig\u00e9e par Bella Zevounou Vendredy dont le leitmotiv est de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement des communaut\u00e9s en b\u00e2tissant de nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de femmes leaders. Pendant quatre jours, les jeunes filles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entretenues sur diverses th\u00e9matiques relatives au leadership f\u00e9minin, l\u2019estime de soi, la protection des droits des filles et des femmes, l\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin, la sant\u00e9 sexuelle de la reproduction, genre et d\u00e9veloppement, l\u2019engagement social etc. Ce projet organis\u00e9 en collaboration avec le Cercle International pour la Promotion de la Cr\u00e9ation (CIPCRE-B\u00e9nin), a \u00e9t\u00e9 appuy\u00e9 dans sa r\u00e9alisation par le PDDC\/GIZ. Les diff\u00e9rents modules ont permis aux participantes de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des outils th\u00e9oriques et pratiques susceptibles de leur permettre d\u2019\u00eatre des jeunes femmes qui utilisent leur leadership et leurs comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales pour impulser le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 la base dans leurs localit\u00e9s respectives.
